Our 4 research
models.

Hey, it’s me, Wim, again. A quick word to explain the research we do for our clients.  We developed 4 models in co-operation with UGent. Each is tried and tested, proven to make our work effective.

Responsible Growth Model tests campaigns before going live. That means we can actually measure the impact of your campaign on your numbers. Just to make sure your brand will grow responsibly

We research your brand’s “goosebump factor” and benchmark it against your competitors. We find out which attributes and campaigns create the emotion, and which ones kill it. All so you don’t have to guess and spend only on a campaign your audience feels.

Our clients that completed research:

Emotion only works if your audience believes your message and trusts the brand behind it. The Net Credibility Score measures how credible your communication is.

The research also shows the drivers that build or break trust, impacting the goosebumps. You know what will land before you spend.

Our clients that completed research:

Every change project launches on conviction. Whether it lands inside the organization is rarely measured. The Transition Tracker does just that, across every department in your organization.

The Transition Tracker identifies where either support or resistance is building, so you can act in time and stay on course to becoming a more responsible organization. Or Certified B Corp®, even, like we are.

Our clients that completed research:

As a Certified B Corp®, we want to contribute to a more responsible society and economy. The Responsible Business Index measures just how responsible people think your brand is and what you can do to fix it.

The brand’s reputation for being responsible is no longer a soft value, it decides who people trust and buy from. Yet most companies are guessing how they’re seen. We asked Belgians how they perceive companies across more than fifteen industries. This led to a ranking of 205 brands on six drivers of responsible reputation.
